LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: Help with CC2650 Launch Pad

Hi TI support team,

I am trying to use CC2650 LaunchPad with SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 to flash the CC2640 on my PCB board. However, I am running into this error.

I have removed all jumper pins except the GND.

>No response from device. Device may not be in bootloader mode. Reset device and try again.

If problem persists, check connection and baud rate.

    Hi Joshua,

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    May I ask why you have removed all the jumpers except ground. The required pins in cJTAG-mode are VDDS, GND, RESET, TCK and TMS. Kindly, connect these jumpers and try again.
