    Hi 

    Our thermal analysis team requires a package thermal model (PDML/FloTHERM-compatible model) rather than only the thermal resistance parameters provided in the datasheet.

    Could you please confirm whether such a model is available for the CC2745R10-Q1 package? If not, is there an alternative package model or additional thermal characterization data that TI can provide?
