Switching Buzzer to different port

Hello

I have switched the buzzer in keyfob demo from port P1_6 to P1_3 and made it active low. The buzzer is not sounding, what else needs to be done other than the following in buzzer.c. Also, I dont see any connection between Timer T3 and output P1_6. I can appreciate your help if you can explain it to me...

P1DIR |= 0x08;
P1SEL |= 0x08;

I do not know much about hardware but... isn't the buzzer soldered to P1_6?

Yes it is, but I have removed it, and rewired it with additional ckt for active low. That said, I should be able to reconfigure via software which my problem now. I do know that old P1_6 is used in conjunction with Timer 3 for PWM control. (1) how can I change the polarity of the P1_3 to be active low PWM? Also, is there a software user manual where it shows us how to configure registers for pull-ups, pull-downs, interrupts, etc. I have read the following documents Software Developer Guide, OSAL, HAL, and 2.4Ghz System-on-chip documents but was not able to see much.
