USB Dongle on Windows 64 bit

Hi!

I followed the discussion on the thread http://e2e.ti.com/support/low_power_rf/f/538/t/163044.aspx

I had the same problem but even after following the steps given in 4505.Reprogramming_CC2540_USB_dongle.pdf I am not getting SmartRF05EB in the Device Manager list for Cebal Controlled devices (please refer image).

What could be the problem here? Please reply asap. Thanks.

Hi! I had not disconnected the wireless transceiver. Now, the USB Dongle moved from the Cebal Ports to Other Devices. It is unable to find driver to install.

If you have installed BLE-CC254x-1.2.1,you can try to see C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.2.1\Accessories\Drivers

I tried. It has 3 folders: cdc430, CDC and another one which has folders for different OS versions of windows. None of these three worked.
