  As discussed in other threads, UART_0 is used for DTM/PTM (Direct Test Mode/Production Test Mode.)

 Can HCI_EXT_EnablePTMCmd only work with alternative 2?  That is, can we use (P1.5, P1.4, P1.3, P1.2) as UART_0 for DTM/PTM?
