Hi,

I want to use the bluradios BLE module. Here is what I am talking about

Now, I would like to use AT command set to program the module. The site says that there are AT command sets available, but I do not see them on the site.

Can someone guide me that what all do I need to purchase to get this module working with AT commands.

You have to purchase at least one of their products to get access to all of that. All the good docs are in the forum which is linked to under the "Software" page on their website. Order either an eval kit or at least one S2 chip from Digikey and submit the receipt to get access to it.
