Programming the PAN1720 with TI stack using CC debugger

Are the connections enough to program the stack?

Should the Vdd be given externally instead of supplying it from the debugger.

This setup should be enough for programming CC2540 on module.

The LED on the debugger remains RED when I connect the pan1720 module.

Can you measure with oscope the RST, DC and DD signals?

I guess you did but do you press the "reset" button after connecting CC debugger?

That worked for me one afternoon some time ago :)

Yup, did hit the reset button couple of times. Did not result in any breakthrough.

All 3 signals were high.

When I hit reset button on the debugger, RST goes high, DC pulses and goes high.

The RST is high on the beginning of debugging session??

Reset should be pulled low to indicate to CC254x chip start of debugging session,

then it goes high after it the DC and DD should be pulsing (Getting CHIP_ID info)

Igor, RST goes from low high when I connect the debugger to USB port. 

RST signal pulses low, when I press the reset button on the debugger. 

Could you try to connect the debugger while the module powered from external source

(disconnect Vdd pin #9 in debugger)
