HI, I am involved with a Bluetooth project where the CC2540 ticks all the boxes, except for the cost of the IAR Workbench.
IAR offer an 8kb limit cheaper version. I have read that the 4kb limit free version is too small as the BT stack is larger than this, however I haven't been able to find any size information.
Would it be possible to get something extremely basic running on the CC2540 at under 8kb?
