debug session aborted

Hi

I am getting the following error, kindly help me to find the solution 

"Tue Mar 12, 2013 15:37:10: Failed to initialize communication, debug session aborted."

    Hi Gautam,

    I'm afraid I need a little bit more information on your setup. Do you have a debugger connected to the device? (CC Debugger or SmartRF05)

    If you have a CC Debugger, make sure the LED is green and please post a printscreen on the download popup, ex:

     

    On the smartRF05, make sure you have EM Selection "SOC/TRX", and than it's switched on.
