MSP430 SOC for ZigBee or BLE in future?

Hi,

I've been wondering about this question for long.

Why doesn't TI release a MSP430 version of ZigBee or BLE SOC chips, but instead use 8051 for all? I know they have CC430 for sub-1GHz which has an internal MSP430. I really want to see if there will be MSP430 SOC chips for ZigBee or BLE coming out as I want to go to the extremes of power saving.

Thanks in advance.

YJ.
