How to use the USB Dongle

What are the steps required to Initialize and write through the the dongle? Please do not skip any steps.

I would like to write values to the pc.

    Hello Glendon,

    Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a step by step way on how to do your task for you...at least not for free.  It would require the signing of documents and the exchange of currency.

    I can however point you to some of the resources that are available that will allow you to successfully accomplish your task.

    1.  Do a search in the forum or the internet on how to use the CC2530, CC2540 USB they are identical.

    2.  Visit the BLEWiki and take a look at the serialApp.  It has proved to be quite helpful in many cases.

    3.  Look at the code for projects that use the USB, such as the hostTestRelease and Thermometer projects found in BLE v1.3.

    4.  If you have never used the USB in a MCU to PC connection, you may want to familiarize yourself with just how the USB works.  There are some quick tutorials on the net that can assist you. It is virtually impossible to do USB interfacing without knowing how Endpoints actually work.
