The design I am working on will be going into production for a major car manufacturer. In volume production we will likely be using pre-programmed ICs, not looked into that yet.
But in the interim for initial run we want to fit a programming connector to the board and use the TI debugger/programmer. But I need to reduce the pin count of this cable to the minimum for space and cost reasons. We will make up adaptor cables for the programmer. The question is, which pins need to be wired for programming (not debugging)?
