Error Setting Device Name

The unit was running fine for nearly an hour, changing names every 5 seconds, and then it started responding to SetDeviceName like this:

SetDeviceName cellcon40F0F0000000D50007 4
Alloc Failed: 252
Error - GAP_Set_Local_Device_Name returned -14.
Alloc Failed: 267
Error - GAP_Write_Extended_Inquiry_Information returned -14.
Function Error.

Any ideas or requests for further info?
