Can you explain your sentence "As I understood it has two ways: hal and osal level".

Where have you extracted this info from? I do not understand your point there.

I have seen this document. But as I understood it about osal. I want to do bluetooth using hal. Maybe I not well understood this document?

I can create code using this user's guide http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru191d/swru191d.pdf. In this case I use direct initialization of registers. As I understood this level it HAL in TI. In this libraries done just that. But OSAL it is similar RTOS (real time operation system). We use scheduler in this case and not use direct initialization of registers. Maybe I'm wrong?

This is directly tweaking the registers?

But TI has created library (hal_aes.c and hal_aes.h) and as I understand by using it I can work with Bluetooth low energy Radio. Where I can find more information about this library (comments in the files are very scarce)?

I'm trying to encrypt my data which im transmitting using CC-2540. I'm using hal_aes.c for encryption. but there is no code defined to decrypt the encrypted data. How to test weather encryption is working properly or not
