My design was based on the evaluation board CC2540DK_EM Rev 1.5.1.1
After assembly of the prototype I downloaded a program, "blood pressure" and compared the results with evaluation board. The program runs fine on the evaluation board, but not on my prototype. These are the differences I see: On evaluation board After power-up the external Crystal 32.678Kgts get VCC within 86ms there VCC 3.2V, then within 131 ms on Crystals observed oscillations and after this time the voltage falls to 0V. On Prototype board after power-up all the time I watch the VCC voltage. no oscillations. VCC on my board is 2.5V.
Reset is High
Voltage on pin 40 = 1.86V
Voltage on pin 30 = 1.46V
In what may be the problem? I do not see any fundamental difference in the schemes.
