Bluetopia Tiva RTOS

Hi Andrea,

I will have to check with marketing. But which Tiva MCU are you planning on using? You should be able to port the existing SDK to the Tiva series MCU.

We are planning to use TM4C1233 and  I'm already working to port bluetopia from SAFERTOS to FREERTOS.

The only knows issue is that we have to compile for cortex M3 instead cortex M4 because bluetopia binaries have been compiled for cortex M3.

We are also planning to use TM4C129 to port Bluetopia from SafeRTOS to FreeRTOS! I tried to port on LM4F232 EVB but failed with RAM shortage issue (32kB only). Could you kindly share the experience of Bluetopia porting with FreeRTOS? Thank you!

I just got the FreeRTOS 7.5.3 running on a Tiva TM4C129 running.

Does this port work for the TM4C129X? I tried to compile it and ended up with a lot of errors. Are there any modifications that I would need to do to make it compatible?

I think you need to have the TivaWare installed at following location

"C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.0"

The only thing I did after checking the project again...I changed

to

/*
 * Function to enable the VFP.
 */
void vPortEnableVFP( void );

void prvTaskExitError( void );

I don't know if this is related to a new compiler.
