eagle pcb, where is printed antenna lib

Im making an eagle pcb schematic design,

a break out board arduino style for the TI cc2540

inspiration from:

I need to get the printed antenna of the above link.

But on the libraries for eagle this lib is not present, neither in google search,

so my question is, where can i get this library? for my printed antenna to use a BTLE chip

If this component is not available through a public lib, can i select the element and "export it"? so i can use in my own lib?
