Timers used in Bluetopia stack, alternate msp430 mcu apart from msp4305438a

For timers, Minimum is the 1 hardware timer for scheduler.

   In the src code where can we see the timer initialization etc. Can you please let us know which timer  is being used in MSP430 , because i need other timers for pwm and timeout .

Take a look at 'Hardware.c' -> MSP430_ConfigureTimer() which sets up TimerA1.

It's called from:

• Main()->MainThread()->InitializeApplication()->[SPPDemo.c]:OpenStack()->[BTPSKRNL.c]BTPS_Init()->[Hardware.c]MSP430_ConfigureTimer().

In my project I have initialized and used TimerB0 without any conflicts (that I'm aware of).  TimerA0 appears to be available as well.

Also the exact RAM and Flash Requirements is also dependent on the ultimate application but you can see the numbers that are used by sample applications in the map files. You can find this in MSP430_Experimentor\Samples\xxxDemo\Projects\IAR\Debug - MSP430F5438A Exp\List or MSP430_Experimentor\Samples\xxxDemo\Projects\CCS5\Debug - MSP430F5438A Exp.

Recommendations for alternate MCU will be addressed by TI's support directly.

Can you take a look at the ConfigureTimer function in HAL.c Timer TA1 is used here.
