In regard to the Serial-to-BLE bridge sample application (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SerialBLEbridge), if the right side "Host device(PC or MCU)" is a data converter like ADS1299, is this code still applicable?

Can I use a CC2540 Keyfob as a BLEbridge to read data from the ADS1299 and send data to CC2540 dongle?

If it is possible, where should I start to change the code?

Still in regard to the Serial-to-BLE bridge sample application, I have the CC2540 Dongle as BLE Central Device, how can I see the data transmitted from the BLEbridge slave? If by using PacketSinffer, where can I see the data transmitted and how can I read or save the data to a file?
