Call to GAP_LE_Pairability_Mode fails with error code -120

Perhaps if the source code for the function GAP_LE_Set_Pairability_Mode were posted, I might be able to see where I'm failing.  Would there be a way to do so?  Or, maybe I've missed it and someone could direct me to it within the Bluetopia SDK?

BTPS_ERROR_FEATURE_NOT_CURRENTLY_ACTIVE is used when dynamic features are enabled, but the feature has not been explicitly enabled yet. Could you try this 

BSC_EnableFeature(BluetoothStackID, BSC_FEATURE_BLUETOOTH_LOW_ENERGY);

and check the return value too?

Once I put the function call:

BSC_EnableFeature(BluetoothStackID, BSC_FEATURE_BLUETOOTH_LOW_ENERGY);
(which returned a value of ZERO)

before my call to:

GAP_LE_Set_Pairability_Mode( BluetoothStackID, lpmPairableMode);

The LE Pairability function was able to also return a value of zero.  I didn't see the function BSC_EnableFeature called in the sample LE demo projects; but maybe I missed it.

Where is the ideal location to call BSC_EnableFeature?  Immediately after the OpenStack call?
