Antenna design for CC2541 project

to minimize the number of components and simplify the diagram, I intend to use the 2450BM15A0002 balun.
Which antenna do you recommend? Chip antenna (AN048? Or inverted-F PCB antenna-?
Do you have in each case a detailed diagram?

You can use 2450AT18A100E 0.5W chip antenna directly with the balun 2450BM15A0002. It will work fine. You can directly connect pin 1 of the Balun to the antenna feed.
