packet sniffing with cc2541 more than 4 packets per CI

Hello, is it possible for the cc2541 to pick up more than 4 packets per conenction interval when used as a sniffer? For example if I have a device which is capable of running at 305000 kbps (full application throughput), will the cc2541 pick up all packets sent?
