I'm having some trouble getting CC2540 into power mode 3.

I have based code off of the Keyfob SimpleBLEPeripheral code, and only changed code for the buttons and added a pull up on the button pin for our hardware.

Everything works great on our hardware, except it doesn't enter PM3.

If I flash the original Keyfob hex to our hardware, it powers up and enters PM 3 fine.

Any pointers to what I may be doing wrong?

    Note that you can only enter PM3 if there is no scheduled radio activity (advertising, conneciton, etc).
