The user's guide states that BOD is not active in PM2/PM3 because the BOD circuit uses the regulated 1.8V voltage. It also states:
For CC2533 and CC2541, additional analog reset architecture adds another brownout detector (the
3VBOD) that senses on the unregulated voltage. The purpose of this 3VBOD is to reduce the current
consumption of the device when supplied with voltages well below the operating voltage.
Unfortunately i could not find more information on this 3VBOD. Does this mean that the CC2451 has a BOD which also works in PM2/PM3? On which voltage threshold would this BOD be triggered?
