CC2541 serial data transmission in LE Mode

Hi,

i want to use the CC2541 to transfer UART data over the air. The Controller should work in LE Mode.

I read, that there is no special profile for that. Now i want to ask if it is possible before making a pcb.

Hi Jochen,

That is fully possible and no special profile is required, although a profile service is needed.. You can see a code example on our wiki here.

does it work in one way or although duplex.

So that that every CC2541 controller can send received UART data over LE??
