Antenna DN007 - whith other RF vendor chips?

Yes it is entirely possible and allowed to use the PCB antennas with other RF chips by other vendors.

The designs may not be compatible with other vendors if the output impedance  doesn't match that of TI which is 70 +j30 ohms
