  I want to drive some GPIO using osal timer with out Stack. Can some one guide me. Which file I need to add. Excuse for simple Query

    Hello Nitesh,

    If you are not using the BLE stack, then you can use the examples found in the CC2541/43/44 swrc257.zip.  The timer examples should help you.
