What is the current used to program flash at 2.1V? How much time is required to write a word and page of flash?
The only number I could find in the user's guide or datasheet is that a flash page erase takes 20ms.
I'm having infrequent brown out detection resets, and the only event that occurs so infrequently for my program are flash writes. I am powering my devices with coin cells. Unfortunately memory contents aren't preserved after a BOD so its hard to determine the cause.
