Periodic Timer Interrupt Not Working

Hi,

I'm trying to use Timer 4 for periodic interrupts on a CC2541 and it seems that the interrupt only occurs once and then never happens again.  The same problem happens with a CC2540 using the Timer1_Periodic_Interrupt sample code and  the CC2541 using the sample code that runs timer 3 in down mode.  Any thoughts?
