Hi,
are there any (proved?) estimates concerning the physical life time of the CC2541 and/or its components?
We are developing a sensor device which expected life time is greater than 20 years. The more the better.
What about the flash memory? Usage scenario would be writing cells only 1-10 times and reading them roughly once per year.
The sensor device will be constantly powered by battery (with DC/DC @2.1V) and predominantly reside in PM2/PM3.
Expected temperature interval is ]-30,+60[ degree Celsius, with slow temperature changes.
In general, do you have hints to ensure functionality for such a long time span?
