Lost connection during OAD Firmware upgrade - now CC2541 won't connect . . .

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2541

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - I'm a total n00b to BLE and wanted to get my hands on something to test out.  Received my CC2541 SensorTag Development Kit in the mail about an hour ago and already managed to break it.  I assembled it per the instructions included in the box and was able to connect it to the TI SensorTag App on my iPhone 5S running iOS 7.1.2.  The sensors worked for about 10 seconds then locked up.  I noticed the D1 green light was no longer flashing (not sure if it should only do this while pairing or if it should remain on during use).  I pushed the side button again and the numbers started working again.

I then was prompted to upgrade the firmware to the newest version.  I followed the prompts to upgrade OAD - I selected the B image (mine was A) and the update got about halfway when the progress bar stopped and I got an error message about a loss of connectivity.  I tried to go back but now when I try to connect, the SensorTag icon is different (no picture, just says TI BLE SensorTag) and when I tap it, it takes me to a mostly blank screen that just says, "No Profiles Or Sensors Enabled, Click Settings to Configure Device."  The only options I have though are "profiles" and "Disconnect".  I don't see settings anywhere.

I suspect this is the result of the firmware not fully updating.  Is there any way for me to reset the tag and force the update?  Any other thoughts on what might be wrong?  Thanks in advance.
