Hi Greenja,

Thank you for your answer. I don't have a SmartRF05EB. I am asking whether I can use my laptop Bluetooth module (Bluetooth 4.0) to flash program CC2541 device. I have only one CC2541 BLE module.

It does appear that you would need either the CC2540 USB Dongle or the SmartRF0x to send OAD using the monitor program.

I am not aware of any software from TI that allows for OAD specifically from Windows. I did come across some Apps from the Windows Store for the SensorTag. http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/app/best-ti-sensortag-ble/ec511d25-9a15-4b52-8749-e4a05befa4ed/m/ROW

You may want to search there for one that allows for BLE OAD.
