Failing to upgrade OAD firmware via TI BLE Multitool (works with Device Monitor)

Hi Guys,

A quick problem - I can upgrade my firmware using the Device Monitor and a USB dongle. But when I try to upgrade via TI's BLE Multitool for iOS it goes all the way to 100% upload but then shows the following message:

FW upgrade failed
Device did not disconnect after programming as it should. Firmware upgrade failed, you should check battery and settings.

This has worked before with a simple example, on the same hardware. So I'm guessing something has changed somewhere in my code, even though it works via the BLE Device Monitor.

Would appreciate any help here :)
