Hi, 

I wanted to know if the  CC2540 Mini Development Kit includes the CC2540F128 or the CC2540F256 chip.

    Hey Fernando,

    This info is conspicuously missing from the product page, but the mini-dk it is the CC2540F256. The keyfob I have is the 256kB version and the device info for the KeyFobDemo project settings gives it as the CC2540F256.
