CC2540 Kyefob Debug pins conflict with GPIO

Hi, I need to use Comparator of CC2540, the P0_4 is negative input, P0_5 is positive input. But from Keyfob schematic, P0_4 and P0_5 (together with P0_2, P0_3, P2_2) are used as debug pins.

What should I do if I want to use the comparator?
