CC2564 1-dB Compression Point & Gain Control

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2564

I'm wondering what is the 1-dB compression point of the power amplifier on the CC2564.  We’re running some FCC pre-scans right now and noticed a significant difference with our harmonics when RF output power was set at +12 dBm, +6 dBm, and 0 dBm.  The first two had similar harmonic levels, while the latter had much lower harmonics, specifically at the 3rd (7.2 GHz) harmonic.  I'm curious if we crossed the 1-dB compression point when going from +6 dBm to 0 dBm (my guess is we might have).  Also, is it possible to lower the RF output power below 0 dBm in BLE mode?  Thanks very much!

  Best Regards,
