Hi. We've posted too much things and we want to say thank u all for the responses.

We are using BLE device monitor and when we connect to CC2541 the phone dont ask us for the PIN. Thats weird cause we set the PIN in the GAP.

So, we want to know how to set the PIN in the code in the way that when we connect the mobile ask you for the PIN first of all.

Hi,

Can you post code snippet where you have enabled pairing?

use: "GAPBOND_PAIRING_MODE_INITIATE" as pairing mode. It'll initiate pairing request.

change pairmode variable as mentioned above.

pairmode = GAPBOND_PAIRING_MODE_INITIATE;

With this pairing mode, your device will ask phone for pin code.

With your current code, your device is waiting for request from phone. Thus when phone sends connection request, it'll not ask for passcode as your device is display capable only.
