I look for a solution to count moto-hours ( assumed time of the electric motor 220V was ON). It seems to me that cc2541 a good for it, but need an additional sensor to connect to 220V line.

Could somebody help me to find cheap and ready-to-use solution?

    So you want to register if 220 V is on or not?

    I do not have much experience with that high voltages, but I guess the way to do it would be to have a resistive divider driving a opto-coupler. The secondary side of the opto-coupler can then drive a logic pin on the CC2541.

    In fact that it will be need to use any kind of transformers. The question how it can be done by cc2541 - first way to connect a 220V sensor (transformers, opto-isolation or other) to I/O or another way to use standard charge unit for mobile phone (as example) and control DC level on battery (by internal function). One more way to use cc2541 without battery and use power from charge unit so cc2541 will count until power will be ON and can this data to be stored for time power-OFF?

    I wonder to hear something about this different ways from somebody who has experience with programming cc2541. 

    Or perhaps somebody can offer solution with same function that already was implemented.
