How to program CC2540 bluetooth chip into sleep mode?

Hi,

I am a new bee to android. I want to know how a CC2540 chip can be put into sleep mode when my Host is not having any data to send. I am glad if anyone can give me some useful stuff in the form of links or documents.

All you need to do is make sure the "POWER_SAVING" symbol is included in the preprocessor defines. The OSAL power manager will then automatically put the chip into sleep mode when there are no pending task events.
