I know I'm in trouble when I can't get past the first instruction in the getting started doc. Although I am able to navigate through the initial set-up of the USB dongle, when I go to run it, Btool doesn't provide any comm port options.
When I go to the device manager to trouble shoot this issue I find:
I'm running Windows8 on a Parallels emulator on my MacBook Pro - this could be big part of it.
Any suggestions?
