I'm trying to install a LMX9838 module to control a micro controller. After making a custom circuitboard and installing the module based on the pins below I'm having no success getting the module to power up. Ive tested the circuit and it is receiving 3.3v. There was a moment when "TVBluetooth" showed up in my bluetooth devices but I'm not sure if it was the module nor could I successfully pair to it. This is the second module I have not been able to get to work.
Please help!!!

3, 4, 15, 17, 18, 24, 29, 30, 31, 32 >> GND
7 is the Link LED
Grounded to 3,4
