Can I get the examples of using CC2541 i2c such as reading sensor value or basic i2c communication?

    You can have a look in the sensor tag example code, it includes I2C driver for all the sensors hosted on the board.  The code example is found in the stack installer default directory: Projects\ble\SensorTag\CC2541DB
