Creating a log to track disconnected Devices in the SPPLEDemo

Hi,

If possible I need to create a log that will run on the MSP430-MCU and track devices that dropped connection. I also need this log to survive a power reset so I need to automatically write to flash whenever a log is created or modified. Also I need to be able to look at or download this log. Is this possible? if so are there any demos I can review?

Hi,

Yes, you should be able to do it. Presently all the logs are routed to the terminal (there is no demo available, where we write the logs to file), Instead you need to write it to a file and save it to flash.

Hi Sundeep,

When you say write it to a file are you talking like a string array? If not how do I write it to a file? Also, how would I save that file to flash? I've never done this before so I don't even know where to start. Thank you.
