Can I use TI CC Debugger for flashing the App Image and Stack Image on the CC2650EM Module on the SmartRF06 Evaluation Board

We are trying for two different things for the SmartRF06 Evaluation Board + CC2650EM - 7ID:

1. Using the SmartRF Studio 7 v2.0.0, trying to do a Infinite Tx of Advertising packets having the below configuration in the SmartRF Studio:

ADV_NONCONN_IND: non-connectable undirected advertising event, Random data, Output power = 5 dBm, BLE Channel = 38, Frequency = 2426 MHz (Default)

   Below is the snapshot regarding the same:

But by doing this, we are not able to see the Advertising Packets on Packet Sniffer (Channel 38).

We have also uninstalled the old Packet Sniffer and udpated the Packet Sniffer with the latest Software and corresponding Firmware.

2. We are trying to Erase and/or program the Flash of the EM CC2650EM - 7ID via the SmartRF06 Evaluation Board, by using the SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 v1.5.0, we are getting the below error:

>Initiate access to target: XDS-06EB12100976A.
>Failed to read target memory.
>Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090.

The chip revision reads out as 0.0 which does not exist and it says 16kB RAM which corresponds to a revision 1.0 device. All our 2.x revision devices has 20kB RAM.

Is this a new evaluation module or a device you have available from before the device was released?
