BLE stack 1.4 set/change RTOSC tolerance

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2541, CC2540

Hello everybody

I was wondering, if it is possible to set/adjust the RTOSC tolerance in the stack?

I would need this because of the fact, that I have seen that if I use a slave latency of 49 and a connection interval of 80, the connection runs sometimes in a time-out if the temperature of the peripheral changes rapidly and is very low (about -10°C). I suspect, that the internal real-time timer of the peripheral varies too much due to the drastic temperature change. For that reason it would be nice if the central device would start to listen much earlier and for a longer time for every connection event. Is that possible to adjust that? I didn't saw any parameter to change that. (The central is permanently powered, therefore low-power is not an issue). The HW I use (Panasonic modules) are specified for that temperature range, but of course a real-time oscillator varies with temperature.

I use a CC2541 as peripheral and a CC2540 as central device, both with the BLE stack 1.4.

I hope this is possible and somebody could help me

Thank you in advance

Matthias
