BT-MSPAUDSINK-RD is not seen on the phone

Just got BT-MSPAUDSINK-RD from Digikey.

Did steps 1 and 2 form Quick start guide. Step 3 doesn't work - my phone doesn't see "Headset" or "CC256x A3DP". BT on the phone is OK, it connected with Acoustic Research cheap BT speaker.

1.8V and 2.8V are ok on C24, C33. D4 is on, the rest LEDs are off.

Any suggestion?

Hi,

I hope you are referring to the quick start guide from here http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tidu178/tidu178.pdf.

1. Could you please check if the jumper settings and the switch (S2 and S3) are in the correct position, as per the below link http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Audio_Sink_User_Guide#Getting_Started

2. If the above settings are fine, Then give it a try by disconnecting the Speaker from J25.
