Hi

I contacted them but they are not willing to provide me with the same until or unless they have a record that we have bought this item. I don't know what to do now. I have already used it in our schematics but not getting any user guide.

Please help me if you can.

I would suggest buying the module so you can actually evaluate it before using it. The CC2540 User Guide can be found here:
