Why TI application completely not supported on HTC desire and MOTO 2nd generation phone?

This is a limitation of older Android phones. Bluetooth Smart is only supported in Android 4.3 and newer. Android 5 is recommended for best Bluetooth Smart performance.

In TI BLE sensorTag app continous value not fetch.In this take one value from the Tag and stop to fetching RSSI value.This app completely run on Asus phone but in HTC Desire 526G+ and Moto 2nd generation not continous fetch RSSI value.
