CC2541 change device name over UART (via Btool)

Hello,

I use HostTestRelease Firmware on my CC2541.

My CC2541 is configured in Peripheral Role.

But, when i scan with my Smartphone, my CC2541 don't have name !

I have read many post, but how i can modify the device name with Btool without modify the firmware ?

I think i need to change the permission but i don't know how.

If someone can help me, and give me example step by step Btool example or just the list of HCI commands i have to use.
