Add a Simple Key Service on BLESimplePeripheral with CC2650

To add Simple Key Service, you should follow these simple steps:

1. Include simplekeys.c and simplekeys.h under the Profiles folder.

2. Call SK_AddService() in SimpleBLEPeripheral_init where all the other services are being added

3. Verify with BTOOL that the service was added after connecting and discovering all characteristics

The service is added, now I try to toggle one LED with this service.

I put this code in SimpleBLEPeripheral_processCharValueChangeEvt :

        {
        PIN_setOutputValue(hSbpPins, Board_LED1 , 1);
        }

          }

But it doesn't work, do you have another idea ?
